Surf Internet Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New Corporate Headquarters

ELKHART, Ind. – Fiber-optic internet service provider Surf InternetSM held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 19, to celebrate their expansion to a new company headquarters located at 228 Waterfall Drive in Elkhart. The event was held in conjunction with the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce’s monthly Business After Hours, drawing a crowd of more than 100 business professionals and city leaders.

In remarks during the event, Chamber President and CEO Levon Johnson said, “We are excited for the continued expansion of Surf Internet’s network. High-speed internet opens doorways to a wealth of information, knowledge and resources for people. Businesses and communities experience increased opportunities for ecommerce, customer relationships, supplier management, employee enhancements and research.”

“The City of Elkhart congratulates Surf Internet on their expansion in the Elkhart area and their work bringing quality, high-speed internet access to our residents,” Mayor Rod Roberson said.

A majority of Surf Internet’s Elkhart team and corporate leadership, including some board members, were on hand to network and provide tours of their new space. Surf CEO Gene Crusie was proud to welcome guests, saying, “This is a special time for the Surf organization as we are not only demonstrating our continued commitment to this community with a second Elkhart location, but we are also just coming off a successful rebranding campaign. Many in the community may know us as Surf Broadband Solutions so the Chamber Business After Hours gives our team an opportunity to reintroduce ourselves as Surf Internet.”
