Only valid to new fiber-optic customers in active fiber-optic areas. Customer must provide Surf with the last billing statement from the previous provider showing the early termination fee within sixty (60) days after cancellation. Surf will apply a one-time statement credit equal to the validated early termination fee, up to $300. Customer must remain an active Surf customer for six (6) consecutive months to remain eligible for the credit.
