Your Surf Internet home phone service is getting an upgrade!

In order to provide you with a robust, feature-rich VOIP service, we need to move you to our new state-of-the-art system. Below you’ll find several things that you’ll need to do before your upgrade.

What’s changing and a couple steps you need to take:

1. Download voicemails

Your previous voicemails will not be able to be moved to the new system, so please login and download any voicemails that you would like to keep before the deadline.

2. Setup calling features

Special features like Call Forwarding, Do Not Disturb, and voicemail recording will not be transferred to our new system. These features can be set up after your upgrade is complete.

Your phone number

Your number(s) will automatically be moved to our new system.
