The Indiana Connectivity Program Round 10 has been awarded to Internet Providers. If your application has been approved for Surf Internet to connect you to our fiber-optic network, please fill out the consent form below.

ICP requires residents and businesses to give their consent to Surf Internet to connect their home. If this form isn’t filled out, your home is at risk of not being connected to our fiber-optic network.

Timeline for the ICP Round 10 Grant
ICP 10 was awarded to providers in the summer of 2024 where Surf Internet secured $2.6 million in funding from the Indiana Connectivity Program (ICP), marking the largest award in the program’s history. This significant investment will enable Surf to extend high-speed broadband to 548 underserved addresses across 13 counties in Indiana, including Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart, Grant, Lake, La Porte, Marshall, Newton, Noble, Porter, St. Joseph, Starke, and Whitley.
Construction is expected to begin October 2024!
